Repeat booking discount
Every retreat you book with us after your first attracts a 10% discount on the villa rental cost. The villa rate is the same generous figure, but you keep more of it.
No expiry. No cap. No fine print.
Referral commission
Introduce another trainer, gym or club to Villa Lux Luz and we pay you 5% of the villa rental fee on their first retreat. A €10,000 villa booking pays you €500. Straightforward.
Refer a few partners a year and the numbers add up fast.
Why 20 guests works so well
Twenty is the sweet spot. Big enough to make the numbers stack up commercially, small enough that every guest still feels looked after. Trainers can run proper sessions without splitting the group, and the villa never feels crowded.
The villa sleeps up to 26 comfortably, and we can flex on rooming for the right group. But for most organisers, twenty is the cleanest number to quote, and it's the figure our example numbers above are built around.
Your private Algarve retreat base.
Villa Lux Luz gives your group exclusive use of a luxury private villa in Praia da Luz, close to Lagos and the Algarve coastline. Use it as a self-catering base or build a more complete retreat with optional extras, local services and partner support.
Saturday-to-Saturday changeover from April to October. November to May we can flex on changeover day and length to suit your group — speak to your contact for details.

Pool heating, sauna and gym, jacuzzi, towels, extra beds and luggage storage.
Travel support
Faro airport transfers and car hire can be arranged on request.
