Figures are illustrative only. Villa Lux Luz can sleep up to 26 comfortably, but we recommend quoting around 20 guests for the strongest balance of comfort, guest experience and organiser return. Final costs depend on villa rate, chosen week, guest numbers, flights, food, transfers and optional extras.
Why 20 guests works so well
A group of around 20 guests gives trainers, gyms and clubs enough scale to create a strong commercial return, while keeping the retreat personal, manageable and premium.
It also protects the guest experience. The villa can sleep up to 26 comfortably, and in some cases more flexible rooming can be arranged, but 20 guests is the cleanest number to quote for most retreat organisers.
